Amelia Michael - Toddler Group Leader
 
Amelia joined the church in Horfield from Swansea, but is originally from Southern India. Trained as a doctor, she is currently a full time mum with two lively young children!
 
Amelia is a church steward and sings with the choir. She is also teaching herself to play the guitar. Amelia enjoys being involved in leading Sunday Junior Church and also Messy Church.
 
 
Helen Wallbridge - Assistant Leader
 
Helen is Bristol born and bred! Mother of three teenagers, Helen has had a life-long association with Horfield Methodist Church, apart from a spell when she completed her teacher training degree in music at Bath followed by a 6-year period teaching in schools in Hampshire. Helen is currently teaching part time in Bristol.
 
Interests include playing the 'cello; publishing the church magazine; leading  Junior Church and Messy Church; and conducting the church choir. . . all this in between ferrying her children to-and-fro to cope with their hectic social lives!

  Eurfron Parry - Assistant Leader
 Eurfron has been a member of Horfield Methodist Church for many years. She runs the creche for under-3's during the Sunday morning service and has also recently taken on the role of having responsibility for 'Safeguarding' (ensuring local churches are up-to-date with current Child Protection issues and practices). Together with her husband, John, Eurfron runs the church art group. 
 
Eurfron brings a wealth of experience to the team having taught children for many years, including being a headteacher of a local primary school before taking early retirement. Her involvement in education didn't stop there, though; Eurfron became Arts Co-ordinator for Bristol City Schools and now acts as an advisor for new Methodist Schools in the area.   
  
Lorraine Richardson - Assistant Leader
 
Lorraine is another long-standing member of Horfield Methodist Church and is a member of the choir. She has often been involved helping at events involving the young people of the church, including Messy Church.

Lorraine's interests include looking after her young grandson and . . . woodturning!
 
There's never a dull moment when Lorraine is around;
she can always be relied upon to put a smile on your face with plenty of laughter thrown in!
